At Westwood Academy, we believe that every young person should have the opportunity to achieve their full potential, regardless of their background or personal circumstances. Pupil Premium funding enables us to provide additional support that removes barriers to learning, raises aspirations and improves outcomes for eligible pupils.
As a specialist setting, we understand that every learner’s needs are different. We use Pupil Premium funding strategically to provide targeted academic, pastoral and therapeutic support that helps pupils engage successfully with education and develop the confidence, resilience and skills they need for the future.
